European Energy
December 2023
Project Summary
Leap Solutions assisted European Energy in the commissioning of a 3 MW green hydrogen facility in Måde, Esbjerg. The project supports Denmark’s green energy transition, and we are proud to contribute our expertise in automation, control, and commissioning to help bring the facility online.
Solution
Through coordination with European Energy’s team, Leap worked on functional descriptions/programming of the facility’s automation and control systems, while also contributing to validating the system against specifications and performance criteria.
Our team ensured that all systems, from production equipment to control mechanisms, were tested for proper functionality and safety compliance. With particular focus and responsibility for Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and Cause & Effect analysis we supported European Energy’s team in commissioning the facility.
Outcome
Our technical project management and coordination support helped overcome critical delays and ensured that the hydrogen plant met operational and regulatory requirements. The result is a reliable, well-documented green hydrogen unit that contributes to sustainable energy production and reflects the strength of collaborative engineering.
