Project Summary:
As a young, project-based business, we needed a simple system to plan, register, and manage the resources going into each of our projects. Existing solutions either lacked key features across areas like invoicing and payroll or were overloaded with functionalities, making them overly complex and expensive. What we needed was a system that could handle all of the above without going into a complete ERP-platform. When we realized that other businesses like ours faced the same challenges—managing resources, planning, and collecting payroll and invoicing data in one place—we decided to build a solution tailored to these needs.

All billable expenses, payroll data, and time registrations are collected in one place—eliminating the need for multiple systems and duplicate entries. With everything from planning to mileage and per diems in one tool, both employees and managers work more efficiently. What started as an internal solution has now become a new business opportunity: a platform we find smart enough to prepare to offer to other companies like ours.
